"My journey to healing began in an attempt to become healthy and fit. It started with a Sweatsercise class and eventually included Myofascial/Gentle Yoga and Myofascial Release (MFR). I enjoyed the challenge of the Sweatsercise class and the changes my body went through. The Myofascial/Gentle Yoga helped me both physically and mentally, catered to all levels of knowledge, and was exactly what my body needed after an intense Sweatsercise class. After some of the more intense sessions there was a follow up asking how I was doing and a recommendation of what to do to ease any pain. This showed me that Adriana is truly dedicated, caring and wholeheartedly wants to help her clients achieve full recovery. 

Lately my sessions are mainly MFR for past issues, including a recurring knee injury that other therapies have not been able to help and recovering from a car accident that wreaked havoc on my body. Adriana is intuitive and knows exactly what my body needs. Her methods and knowledge have allowed areas of my body to heal and regain mobility. She has also helped my daughter manage excruciating growing pains with some simple maneuvers over the course of a couple of sessions. 

I highly recommend giving MFR with Adriana a try if you have tried other therapies and have not found relief from pain. If you are also looking for self-improvement then there is no better person to help you with your journey. Your body will thank you."

"I’ve been practicing yoga with Adriana for 13 years, starting with her when she lived in Wasaga Beach. She then moved to Windsor and we continued to grow our connection through Skype and FaceTime. I tried other yoga studios in my area but I have to say it wasn’t the same as with Adriana. She is a master at what she does. She has a real passion and so much knowledge for what she is doing, not only in yoga but with the whole body inside and out. In a relaxing tone she explains how to go in to a pose and what it is doing for your body at that same time, which is incredible. 

She is very patient, kind and respects what you can and can’t do with your body. My husband started with Adriana 5 years ago and suffered chronic back pain at the time. She helped him so much with just being able to put his socks on, because he was unable to do that simple task with his back issue.
